Massage & CranioSacral Therapy for Women
by Masayo (Martha) Nishimura LMT,  Upper West Side, NY - 917-747-9128
If you’re looking for a highly skilled licensed massage therapist or CranioSacral therapist for women in NYC, you’ve come to the right place.

Besides being a traditional massage therapist, I treat my patients with subtle,

gentle and non-invasive therapy like Reiki, Ortho-bionomy and CranioSacral Therapy.

I found CranioSacral Therapy as the most effective therapy to balance the whole body and maintain healthy homeostasis. By using CranioSacral Therapy, I believe that I can approach my clients' issues more holistically and most effectively.

Thanks for visiting, and have a great day.

Massage (Shiatsu, Swedish, etc.)    60 minutes: $90 / 90 minutes: $120

Various massage techniques such as Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal & Post natal, and Reflexology will be integrated in 60 or 90 minutes session.

The most common of massages, to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is exceptional for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Similar to Swedish but is used to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Other benefits include reducing inflammation and helping to eliminate scar tissue. This is great for rehabilitation after injuries for chronic issues or keeping in shape.

Trigger point therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.

A deep, finger-pressure technique using the traditional
acupuncture points of Asian healing. Works to unblock
energy flows and restore balance to meridians and organs.

During pregnancy offers undeniable physical benefits. Masayo will work to relieve the normal discomforts experienced during and after pregnancy, such as backaches, neck pain, leg cramps, headaches, joint pain, carpal tunnel and edema.

Reflexology is a branch of massage that focuses solely
on the hands and feet. Reflexology uses specifically
targeted points on the extremities to affect organs
in the torso which enhances health & vitality.
